The standout feature is undoubtedly the stunning new glass balustrades and full-length balcony doors, which have completely opened up the apartments to the breathtaking surrounds. With uninterrupted views stretching from the iconic Burleigh point break through to the pristine coastline and towards Surfers Paradise, the outlook is now more immersive than ever. The clarity and openness of the glass design allow you to feel even closer to the ocean, creating a seamless connection between indoor comfort and outdoor beauty.

Beyond the views, the upgrades bring a new level of comfort and quality throughout the building. Enhanced acoustic performance, improved weather protection, and temperature stability mean a quieter, more relaxing stay. The addition of tinted, laminated safety glass not only reduces glare and blocks up to 90% of UV rays, but also ensures compliance with the latest safety standards, giving peace of mind alongside style.
