Strict no party policy.

Group Bookings:
Please note for bookings of more than 3 rooms, different policies and procedures apply. You must contact the office in advance to discuss this.

Penthouse Bookings:

Our luxury penthouse has a strict no party policy and has a bond of $1000 (during low season, $2000 during holiday seasons) applicable. We advise you to contact the office if you have questions about a stay in this apartment.

Visa Mastercard and Union Pay accepted.

American Express also accepted with a 3.3% surcharge.

Please note, that while we endeavour to meet your requests, they are not guaranteed. We do not guarantee a specific room or floor, only a room type (ie. if you book a superior room, you are guaranteed a superior room).

Property Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: PLEASE CHECK WHICH ONE YOU HAVE PURCHASED

Policy One

The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation in the 14 days before arrival, if this payment is declined at that time, your apartment may be re-booked to another party seeking accommodation for that period. If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund

SCHOOL HOLIDAYS: Full payment of your accommodation will be taken 30 days prior to arrival, if this payment is declined at that time, your apartment may be re-booked to another party seeking accommodation at that time. If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund.

– Please note that there is a strict no refund or cancellation policy available during the school holiday periods.

Policy Two
The Pay NOW and Save offer is non-refundable, please be aware that no changes or cancellations are possible. This rate is prepaid and your credit card will be charged in full at the time of booking.

Corona Virus COVID-19 Cancelation Policy

COVID – 19 Cancellation policy from now to 30th March 22, (This for any future bookings made in our system prior to this date. This will be reviewed depending on the border closures).

Booked a flexible rate direct with Gemini Court?
The actual guest that booked a fully refundable rate may cancel or modify their reservations without penalties free of charge until 2 days before arrival. However, this only applies if the relevant Health Directive closes borders or locks down the Gold Coast or the booking guest’s resident LGA and therefore the guest is unable to check in.

Please note that it is the guest’s responsibility to ensure that they comply with all health directive conditions for example interstate guests must be double vaxxed and have a negative covid test within 72 hours of arrival in QLD. By not complying with the Queensland Government restrictions, does not entitle the guest to modify or cancel the reservation inside the general cancellation policy. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price of the reservation.

The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation in the 14 days before arrival, For Mid & High Season the total price of the reservation 30 days before arrival.

It may take up to 7 business days from the date of cancellation for eligible refunds to be processed. 

Third party bookings
Third parties are required to follow the cancellation policy set out above. If you booked through a travel agent, online booking platform or other third party, please contact your booking provider directly who will explain the options for modification, cancellation or credit voucher applicable to your booking.
