Before You Arrive

What is the check-in procedure?

The day before your arrival, we’ll email you detailed check-in instructions, including a short video showing you exactly how to find reception.

When you arrive:

• Use the intercom to contact reception.
• Have the credit card used to make the booking available.
• Present matching photo identification.
• Have your vehicle registration details ready for secure parking access.

What time is check-in and check-out?

• Check-in: From 2:00pm
• Check-out: By 10:00am

If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please contact reception prior to arrival. We’ll do our best to assist, subject to availability.

What are your reception hours?

Reception is open:

• Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
• Saturday: 8:30am – 1:00pm
• Sunday: 9:00am – 12:00pm

If you are arriving outside these hours, please contact us in advance to arrange your after-hours arrival.

Apartments

What is the difference between a Standard and Superior Apartment?

Standard Apartments are comfortable, well-maintained apartments with more original décor and furnishings.

Superior Apartments have been renovated or extensively updated, featuring more modern kitchens, bathrooms, furniture and finishes.

Do you have 4-bedroom apartments?

Yes! Gemini Court offers:

• A spacious 4-Bedroom Ocean Glimpse Apartment
• Our spectacular 4-Bedroom Penthouse

What facilities are included in the apartments?

Every apartment is fully self-contained and includes:

Yes. Every apartment includes a hair dryer for your convenience.

Can extra guests stay in my apartment?

Each apartment has a maximum occupancy based on bedding and fire safety regulations. If you require accommodation for additional guests, please contact reception before booking so we can recommend the most suitable apartment.

How many floors does Gemini Court have?

Our Property has two towers
North Tower has 17 floors
South Tower has 15 floors

Is there an ocean view from every apartment?

All of our Ocean View Apartments enjoy beautiful ocean views from their balconies.

Parking

Is secure parking available?

Yes. Every apartment includes one allocated secure undercover car space at no additional charge.

What is the maximum vehicle height?

The maximum clearance for our secure car park is 1.95 metres.

Family Facilities

Can I hire a cot or highchair?

Absolutely!

Equipment available includes:

• Cot – $10 per night
• Highchair – $10 per stay

Please let reception know before you arrive to ensure availability.

During Your Stay

Is housekeeping included?

Yes.

For stays of 8 nights or longer, a complimentary mid-stay housekeeping service is included.

Do you provide free Wi-Fi?

Yes. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property and in every apartment.

Are pool towels supplied?

Pool towels are available to hire for $3 per towel for your entire stay.

Can I have groceries delivered?

Absolutely.

You’re welcome to arrange grocery deliveries during your stay. Please ensure you provide your mobile number to the supermarket or delivery service and are available to receive your order.

Do you have a tour desk?

Yes!

Our reception team can recommend local attractions and tours, and are happy to book tickets and experiences for you.

Our facilities are heated year-round:

Smoking Policy

Is smoking permitted?

No.

Gemini Court Holiday Apartments is a 100% smoke-free property.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted:

• Inside apartments
• On balconies
• In common areas
• Anywhere within the property grounds
