CANCELLATION POLICY:

Strict no party policy.

Group Bookings:
Please note for bookings of more than 3 rooms, different policies and procedures apply. You must contact the office in advance to discuss this.

Penthouse Bookings:

Our luxury penthouse has a strict no party policy and has a bond of $1000 (during low season, $2000 during holiday seasons) applicable. We advise you to contact the office if you have questions about a stay in this apartment.

Visa Mastercard and Union Pay accepted.

American Express also accepted with a 3.3% surcharge.

Property Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: PLEASE CHECK WHICH ONE YOU HAVE PURCHASED

Policy One

Your cancellation period ends 14 days prior to arrival. If you have not cancelled prior to this date, you will be required to pay the full balance of your booking 

The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation in the 14 days before arrival, if this payment is declined at that time, your apartment may be re-booked to another party seeking accommodation for that period. If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund

SCHOOL HOLIDAYS:

Your cancellation period ends 30 days prior to arrival. If you have not cancelled prior to this date, you will be required to pay the full balance of your booking 

Full payment of your accommodation will be taken 30 days prior to arrival, if this payment is declined at that time, your apartment may be re-booked to another party seeking accommodation at that time. If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund.

Mid High & School Holidays
19th Sept – 11th Oct 25
12th Dec 25 – 27th Jan 26
3rd April 26 – 18th April 26  
26th Jun 26 – 18th July 26
18th Sept 26 – 10th Oct 26  
11th Dec 26 –  26th Jan 27

Please note that there is a strict no refund or cancellation policy available during the school holiday periods.

Policy Two
The Pay NOW and Save offer is non-refundable, please be aware that no changes or cancellations are possible. This rate is prepaid and your credit card will be charged in full at the time of booking.

Third party bookings

Third parties are required to follow the cancellation policy set out above. If you booked through a travel agent, online booking platform or other third party, please contact your booking provider directly who will explain the options for modification, cancellation or credit voucher applicable to your booking.

If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price of the reservation. Please note that if you wish to cancel your booking, you must do this through the travel agent, online booking platform or other third paty, or you will be liable for the full stay.

The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation in the 14 days before arrival, For Mid & High Season the total price of the reservation 30 days before arrival.

It may take up to 7 business days from the date of cancellation for eligible refunds to be processed.

Please note – if you have booked a superior apartment, you are guaranteed a superior apartment. You also are guaranteed an ocean view if you have booked an ocean view apartment. Room level and design is subject to availability and will vary. Although we endeavour to meet your apartment allocation requests such as height or location, your request is not 100% guaranteed. We allocate all apartments on the day of arrival and as such do not give out information about the floor or position, prior to arrival.

Please let us know if you are going to arrive outside of office hours so we can send the after hours self-check in procedure / the late arrival procedure. Keys are left in a security safe for late / weekend check ins after the office closes. You will need the safe code to get your keys and the welcome card directing you to your parking and your unit. Codes are sent by text to Australian mobile numbers on the day of arrival. If no Australian mobile number is given, we send it by email on the day once the code is set. Please note that keys are not left in the safe for last minute bookings and you will need to arrive during office hours to verify your identity with your photo ID and the credit card that you have booked with.

Office hours are:
8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday;
8.30am to 1pm on Saturdays;
9-12 on Sundays.

You must attend the desk the next morning from 9am to sign in. We will need photo ID, your driver’s license or passport & a credit card in the same name. We will also need your car rego number. We will then give you the second key and dining vouchers and details on the local area to make sure you get the best out of your stay.

Please note that each apartment has ONE specific car space. This may be in any one of our 3 car parks. Your Car space may be in a car park with a 1.95m clearance. If you are unable to get into your car park, you will need to find parking on the street.
